ALM President Takemura
ALM is a manufacturing company. Only when we make our products to our customers' satisfaction, can we realize sales and profits. The results of all ALM members' efforts are reflected in our production operation. Since our beginning in July of 2003, we have started production of industry leading products such as bumper support parts and ABS bodies. We have to give our utmost consideration to production by constantly examining our production operations to insure that everything we do is working properly.
Our future activities will be focused in three major areas:
- Complete execution of "Quality First" activities.
- Elimination of wastes in consideration of environmental preservation.
- Positive people and positive workplace with better communications.
We want to make products and a workplace that every team member can be proud of.
