- Job Description: Aisin Electronics Illinois LLC (AEIL) is looking for top-level Quality Engineering candidates to join their automotive electronic component facility in Marion, Illinois. Aisin is committed to becoming the premier manufacturer of electronic parts to the automotive industry worldwide.
As our Quality Engineer you will assist in developing, installing, and maintaining a quality system for controlling incoming materials along with in-process and finished goods parts. Duties will include but are not limited to analyzing quality problems, determining root cause and countermeasures, and implementing controls and preventative actions. These duties may also include quality documentation, product launch documentation, APQP, FEMAs, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC and Customer Requirements. Also required is ISO / TS16949 and ISO 14001documentaion as well as leading the ISO / TS16949 and ISO 14001 audits while acting as a liaison with the external registrar.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred with three or more years’ experience in a high volume automotive electronic manufacturing facility. We are looking for individuals with excellent skills in communication, organization, team building, presentation and public speaking in order to develop problem-solving techniques based on our customer’s feedback.
