SUMMARY: General Labor position will perform a variety of tasks necessary to complete casting process such as prepare, assemble and install casting materials and equipment. Operate casting lines to cast aluminum billet and inspect cast billet and scrap.

Minimum Level of Preparation & Training Required:
● High school diploma or GED required.

● Ability to read and understand warning labels, JSA, and SDS

● 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

● Previous foundry or casting experience preferred

Duties:

• ● Able to follow kanban flow.
• ● Follow standardized work.
• ● Work procedure; work point; and quality check.
• ● Ability to inspect bilet quality to determine G-NG
• ● Safety point-Ability to follow safety policies at all times and respect 5S standards
• ● Charge furnace & Control furnace level per operating standards
• ● Report of abnormal occurrence.
• ● Prepare the casting lines & visual inspections of billets
• ● Record operating data and make process adjustments
• ● Ability to peform quality checks as needed
• ● Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
• ● Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by the Supervisor or Manager
